Correct CNF and MAF According to Purity
Usage
CorrectPurity(chromosome, cov_segmentmean, MAF_observe, gender, purity)
Arguments
- chromosome
Character. Chromosome name.
- cov_segmentmean
Numeric. Segment mean (log2 ratio).
- MAF_observe
Numeric. Observed minor allele frequency.
- gender
Character. "male" or "female".
- purity
Numeric. Tumor purity (fraction between 0 and 1).
Value
A list with CNF_correct and MAF_correct.
